Saturday 24/5 I will attend the Opera Show Room at Folkoperan, a festival that have focus on contemporary vocal this year.
I will have master classes and sing some music by Cage, Berio and af Malmborg.
We will with Duo Ego also perform the opera ”Vad man måste” by Paula af Malmborg Ward in the foyer.
You will also meet, Sofia Jernberg,Lene Grenager, Håkan Hagegård and other great Swedish and international artists.

On New Directions festival in Piteå I will sing Sciarrino’s Infinito Nero with Norrbotten Neo and conductor Christian Karlsen.

Sunday 13/4 I will sing the part of Israelith Man in Händel’s Judas Macchabeus together with Gothenburg Concert Choir, orchestra and conductor Finn Rosengren.

This years Opera Show Room at Folkoperan will focus on new ways to use the human voice in both opera and other contemporary music.

There will be new compositions, work shops and seminars and I will focus on vocal music by Cage, Berio and Aperghis.

Happy birthday John Cage! We will celebrate the wonderful Cage’s 100 years with a two days long festival at 3:e Våningen, Sockerbruket Gothenburg. Me and my lovely colleagues Anna Svensdotter, Tony Blomdahl, per Sjögren, Maria Ingemarsson-Berg, Margarida Edlund, Anne Pajunen and Mia Göran want to invite you all to lectures, work shops and concerts 6-7/10 – a weekend filled with a lot of Cage music never before performed in Sweden.
We start with champagne Saturday 6/10 16.00 and we don’t finish until Sunday evening.
